After a colder than normal winter, the real estate market in Mount Pleasant appears to be emerging from hibernation. In the popular neighborhood of Park West, there were 117 home sales during the first quarter of this year.   29 of those sales, or 25%, were sold in the $220,000 – $279,900 price range. This price range also experienced one of the lowest ‘Days on Market’,  especially between $240,000 – $259,900. What does this mean? It means that those homes that were priced right, sold.

If you are a buyer and missed out on one of these well priced homes, it is not too late.  Check out our new listing at 1505 Arden Court, priced at $251,000. It shows like a model and is, simply put, GEORGEOUS! For more information and to see a virtual tour, click on the photo below.
